How can I help?

  • Individual counselling is available for adolescents (ages 13-18) and adults (18+)
  • Virtual/online and telephone sessions available.
  • A limited number of in-person sessions are available in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
  • All sessions are 50-minutes.
  • Sessions are not covered by MCP.
  • Many insurance plans include some mental health services – check with your specific plan to determine your coverage.

Occurs as a result from feelings of hopelessness, disappointment, and grief.

The overall subjective evaluation of one’s worth and value as a person, influencing confidence and emotional well-being.

Causes increased susceptibility to frustration, hostility, and outbursts. Anger is not always a bad thing and can be a normal experience in many situations.

Working collaboratively, we will explore how to achieve your goals using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) along with the mind-body connection of somatic work to support your individual process from a holistic perspective.
