- Individual counselling is available for adolescents (ages 13-18) and adults (18+)
- Virtual/online and telephone sessions available.
- A limited number of in-person sessions are available in Grand Falls-Windsor, NL.
- All sessions are 50-minutes.
- Sessions are not covered by MCP.
- Many insurance plans include some mental health services – check with your specific plan to determine your coverage.
